D28+ 6 + 7am
Okay, yesterday workout was great. Lots of people and got the Travis-Russ tag team workout. Weighed in at 114 yesterday, which is 2 off my initial goal.
This morning weighed in at 113.8 – ran a mile straight through, which I havent done in a while without resting. Proud of myself, bc it’s the pushing through it that is the most work. If I can do that and push through 2, then 3, then get it to 5 a day like 6 years ago, I’ll be golden.
I guess that’s a newer goal.
I like how good goals lead to more good goals.
