Day 28 + 2, 3 & 4
Okay, so I have not kept up the last 3 days, bc I have been insanely busy at work, had a design function I was required to go to, and had a date-date . I have to accept it as a challenge that work and organizational requirements and dating are going to serve as hurdles sometimes. But I’ve replaced Wednesdays with Thursday workouts, so if I can keep to Monday, Thursday and Saturday, I’m being halfway good. Now I need to just motivate myself to run in the morning and do the required conditioning that I need to.
So …
Tuesday, Day 2: AM conditioning. still in the week 4 routine. i guess i can figure out how to move forward myself.
Wednesday, Day 3: Did not get a lot of sleep, so no AM conditioning.
Thursday, Day 4: Weighed in this morning at 115.2. Workout with Russ. My today legs hate him, but my future legs are very appreciative. He’s very hard core about form, and today I got a “great form” comment in regards to my hanging rows thing (where you do rows with the rings, using your body as the weight). I’m a sucker for positive affirmations.
At the end of the day today, I like the workout better than the three things that kept me from it. I feel like I might be saying “no” more when it’s possible, and go to the gym instead. I’ve been getting so much more out of it.
