Day 28 and Day 28 + 1.
Yesterday morning – conditioning. Cooked all the food for the week yesterday afternoon. Took much less time since I pretty much know what I’m cooking and amounts. I even cooked “options” so I could switch it up.
This morning, weighed in at 115.4. So on my own personal scale – where I started at 119.4, I’ve officially lost 4 lbs in the 28 days. Though it might not seem much in numbers – I do happen to have a normal healthy number to start with. I know I’m not going to see a dramatic drop.
But I do feel 100 times better, like Travis said. And on Saturday, got into a 2 again. Word.
Looking forward to class tonight.
