Day 25 Recap / 26 and 27

Day 25 – first workout with Dominique. It was pretty awesome. No real bell focus. Mainly conditioning. Which taxed me – but I felt really good afterwards. I love love love hitting the punching bag.

Day 26, am conditioning was a paaain to get through. But since the major part is only about 10 minutes, I trucked it.

Day 27, no workout. Travis was sick. I feel kind of like I missed something important. So at least after 27 days – there’s no more fear of working out. Or hesitance. Kind of miss it? Anyway – I did go get some jeans today and fit back into a size 2. I’ve hated skinny jeans for a while, bc they never fit right, but today’s fit right. I’m very excited. If anything – I haven’t hit my mark of 112 – I’m lingering in the purgatory of 116 – but I do feel 200% better about myself than I did a month ago.

I’m kind of addicted. I will be attacking the next 14 days (yup, adding 2 weeks and just going to keep going till I hit the goal) with more vigor. Nutrition-wise, I know I have to stick to the food plan more strictly (last week and this week, I didnt do the Sunday prep – and “pieced” the meals together as I went through the week), because when I was strict, I felt like I was eating too much, but actually lost some pounds.

So – this will be 28 days PLUS 14. And then probably then some and then some. After 112, I’m thinking 108. I’m 5’2, so that’s viable. It’s really not the weight I care about anymore. Really the tone and the ability. I want the strength and pop and all the stuff that Russ and Travis have been pushing. So. Can’t wait til Monday night… (that’ll be Day 28 +1)
