So, lookin at the legs, looks like there’s been lots of progress. Arms… a little. The way things fit… better. Confidence, better (well, unless Russ is telling me I’m doing something wrong – but that pushes me).

But best was doing 10 man push ups at the office today. I mean, the guys did 27 or so, but they were also wiped after they did it. My arms got tired, but about 20 seconds after I did my tenth, I wasn’t winded. And actually, I did 5 before the set of 10, so a total of 15. But still. I want to keep going to see just how fit I can get. Don’t even care about the “goodies” I could have at Day 29. I want to see how good I can be at Day 35.

Can’t wait for class tomorrow night!
