Conditioning today = same as Friday. All good. I’m kind of proud for doing all of this and the changes I’ve been making.

Fired up the grill and got all the lunch portions cooked. Mixed up my breakfasts for the week and also got the AM and PM snacks ready. Figure I can cook the dinners day of so they’ll be warm, bc by the end of the day when I get home, I’ve kind of been tired of eating. Sounds totally weird, but warm and freshly cooked (rather than microwaved) is just so much more enticing.

I don’t feel lighter, but I do feel healthier than I did last weekend. :) Now on to week 2!
